My job duties have changed dramatically in the past three years, and now I am in charge of over 250 employees. The increase in responsibilities has caused a steady increase in my anxiety level, and I needed a way to change this trend. A friend suggested I try hypnosis, but I wasn’t sure if it would work for me. I decided to give it a try, asking the hypno-therapist to focus on my confidence and speaking skills. When I left my first session, I felt no different and thought that it didn’t really work. In the weeks that followed, I began to notice an increased level of confidence and less anxiety. I felt much more comfortable speaking to groups, and coworkers also noticed that my speaking skills had greatly improved. I have now had a total of three sessions, and I feel more confident than ever.

I came to Rebecca to help me to stop my 2 1/2 pack a day smoking habit. I assumed it would make me stronger and able to deal with the withdraw and cravings. I was seriously surprised how easily i stopped after 1 visit! I have not had another tobacco product of any kind since my session with her. I did not gain strength or willpower to deal with the side effects i normally dealt with while trying to stop smoking. I had no cravings and no withdraw at all! I smoked for 20 years so i was by no means a light smoker. It was like i never smoked at all! I was laid off currently and did not have any want of returning to my old stress relief thought belief of smoking. I am almost 1 year now tobacco free and i cant thank her enough for what she did for me.  I recommend this to all my friends who smoke.
